2024 Summer Session - Private Lessons (In-Person)

Use this online form to register and enroll your child(ren) in private lessons for the 2024 Summer Session. Please submit one form for each child.

An invoice will be emailed to you within about 7 days after we receive this Registration & Enrollment Form.
- A secure online payment link (along with your confirmed time slot) will be on the invoice.
- Payments are due before the first lesson. However, lesson time slots can only be reserved once payment has been submitted, so early payment is highly recommended in order to secure the time and location you prefer.
- Credit Cards, PayPal, Cash, and Checks are all accepted. Payments can be made online, in person, or via postal mail. Payment instructions will be included with your emailed invoice.
