Dear Parents, 
 
 When you arrive for classes this Monday, September 18, Alicia (my wife) will help you check in.  Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your family's first class on that first day at the Still Waters Community Church building near Jackson. 
 
Enter through the main (east) door that faces the main parking lot.  Upon entering the building, you will see a hallway on your right.  That hallway leads to our classroom and waiting areas. 
 
 At the beginning of each class this Monday, there will be a brief "Parent Meeting" in the classroom area.  It is very important that all parents attend.

Dear Parents,
 
When you arrive for classes this Wednesday, September 13, please use the north entrance.  My wife, Alicia, will help you check in, so please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your family's first class on that first day. 
 
100 students from 57 families are registered at our Madison location! 
 
We need several more families to volunteer to wait in the "Quiet Room" (the fellowship hall) in the morning during Musica Primaria and Drums, Flutes, & Ukuleles, as the "Conversation Room" will not have enough seats for everyone during that hour (9:30 - 10:30 AM).  Please send me an email if your family would like to reserve a table in the "Quiet Room." 
 
At the beginning of each class this Wednesday, there will be a 5-minute "Parent Meeting" in the classroom area (gym).  It is very important that all parents attend these meetings. 
 
Families may watch classes in the gym this Wednesday, space permitting.

Although we have continued to grow, we still have a few smaller classes at some locations that we would like to round out during the next 2 weeks.

Dear Parents, 

I am looking forward to our first day of classes on Wednesday, September 13. 

We are excited that our Madison location is experiencing tremendous growth! With that growth, of course, comes a need for more space for families while they wait in the building during classes. Our normal waiting space would not be large enough for all of our families this year, particularly during our morning classes.

Fortunately, Monona Oaks Community Church has offered us an additional large waiting space for families on our class days!

Please Note:  If you would like to reserve a table for your family in the "Quiet Room" (Option 2 below), please contact me by replying to this email message, or by using the "Contact Us" page on our website.

Option 1 - Conversation Room 
Our normal waiting area upstairs will be our "Conversation Room." Children who will be waiting in this area should bring something to do while waiting (games, drawing, legos, books, etc.). Inappropriate or discourteous activities such as running, wrestling, climbing, yelling, etc., are not permitted in the building. However, a normal conversation level in this space by both children and parents is fine. 

You do not need to contact me if you would prefer to wait in the "Conversation Room." 

Option 2 - Quiet Room 
This year, we are adding a "Quiet Room"  option (the fellowship hall downstairs) for families who would like to have a space for reading, studying, or other activities that are relatively peaceful. Some subdued conversation may be fine in this area, but the climate of the room must allow for reading and studying by others in the hall.
