To register and enroll your child(ren) in one or more Fall & Spring Music Academy class(es), OR to simply visit us and reserve your child's place in any class(es) at our "Orientation Day:"


♩Read the Enrollment Contract (3 pages) - Fall & Spring Semesters, 2024-25

♩Complete the Online Registration Form - Fall & Spring Semesters, 2024-25

  1. Use the Online Registration & Enrollment Form (above) to register and enroll your child(ren) in classes for the 2024-25 academic year (Fall & Spring Semesters).  Please submit one form for each child by August 31, 2024.
  2. An invoice (containing an online payment link) will be emailed to you after we receive your Registration & Enrollment Form(s).
  3. Submit credit card or PayPal payment online (using invoice) by 11:59 PM on "Orientation Day" (the first day of classes).
    •  Cash and Checks are also acceptable.  These must be submitted before leaving the class site on "Orientation Day."


Note: Completion of a Registration Form only signifies your intention and/or interest, and is not a binding commitment to enroll.  Enrollment is only complete and binding once your payment has been submitted.

If you submit an Online Registration Form, but later (after attending the first day) decide to change your class choices, simply send us a message using the Contact Us page by 6:00 PM on "Orientation Day."
