If classes must be canceled due to inclement weather, we will send an email message to all participating families.

These announcements are typically sent and posted before 7:00 AM.

We may also post closing announcements on area television stations, but email and our website are our primary means of communication with parents.

Whenever possible, we make up canceled class days by adding an additional day at the end of the scheduled academic year (in May).   When a cancellation is announced, the online calendar page is immediately adjusted to reflect the calendar change .  (The PDF printable version of the Calendar page is not adjusted, however.)
